What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the SDR team to achieve and exceed daily performance metrics (calls, emails, etc.).
• Conduct regular reviews of call recordings, delivering actionable feedback to sharpen skills.
• Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align strategies and ensure SDR success.
• Actively participate in prospecting efforts as a "player-coach" to model high standards.
• Analyze SDR metrics, reporting on performance, and driving continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture focused on growth and success.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager.
• At least 3 years as an SDR with proven expertise in phone-based outreach.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for accountability and integrity.
• Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus.

Schedule and Compensation

• Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)
• Compensation: Earn $1,000+ monthly on-track earnings.
• Additional perks: Paid time off and work-from-home benefits.

Technical Requirements:

• A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps.
