Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
- Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.
- Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
- Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
- Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
- Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
- Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
- Leadership or management experience is desirable.
Internet Requirements:
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber connection with a minimum speed of 15 mbps.
