This role involves handling Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, Troubleshooting, Technical Support, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Gorgias CRM.
  • Manage Email, Data Analysis, Live Chat, and Troubleshooting tasks.
  • Address customer queries efficiently and handle backlogs.
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication with a focus on quality.
  • Ensure effective use of Gorgias by brands.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Gorgias or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.
  • Technical ability, problem-solving skills, and flexibility.
  • Leadership or management experience is desirable.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have a personally-owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor (or its equivalent)
  • A minimum internet speed of 15mbps for both upload and download
